At the traditional Meat Me Festival held in Zadar from October 9th to 12th, Konoba Martina had the opportunity to showcase its culinary skills for the first time.

To mark the occasion, we prepared a special menu celebrating the rich flavors of local meats and ingredients.

Visitors enjoyed dishes such as wild-style mouflon with gnocchi, slow-cooked lamb with peas, and duck breast in a sauce of orange, honey, and Plavac wine, among other specialties.

We were proud to be part of this event and to share the stage with other talented participants at Zadar’s city market.

Just steps away from Konoba Martina is the Grpašćak Interpretation and Education Center, a unique blend of history and nature housed in a restored military fortress overlooking the Adriatic Sea and a tranquil bay.
